To share the list of your historical app users with Adikteev, you can leverage the "Audience Manager" feature provided by Airbridge.
Required information
Before setting up the connection to Airbridge Audience Manager, you will need to ask your Adikteev Account Manager to provide API credentials related to your customer account. You will receive the following credentials required for API authentication:

Configuring the connection
- In your Airbridge dashboard, go to Audience > Audience Manager
- Under the "Connection" tab, hit the call-to-action Create a connection
- In the list of ad channels, select Adikteev and the enter the API credentials (email and password) provided by your Adikteev Account Manager. Hit Submit to check the validity of your credentials
- If your API credentials are valid, the name of your Adikteev customer account will appear. Finalize the connection setup by clicking again on Submit
Sharing audiences with Adikteev
- In your Airbridge dashboard, go to Audience > Audience Manager
- If you haven't done so already, build the audience(s) that you would like to reengage with Adikteev following Airbridge documentation.
- Click on the audience(s) that you would like to send to Adikteev, then go to the "Connections" tab and hit Add a connection
- In the "Select connection" section, choose again Adikteev as channel and then select the name of your Adikteev customer account
- In the "Configure sending details" section, choose the app platform from which users should be sent (either iOS or Android) and then verify the Send as value of your audience: this is the audience name that will appear in Adikteev platform
- Save the settings by clicking Done
Checking the status of the connection
After a few minutes, the status of the audience connection should turn from "Waiting" to "Success".
Once this is the case, share the names of the connected audiences with your Adikteev Account Manager so that they can be recognized and attached to your retargeting campaigns.
